After Hours Customer Service:
LSRWS provides service 24 hours a day, seven days a week. After normal business hours, you can leave a message on our answering machine, or for emergencies, you will be instructed to call our answering service at (712)472-3908. Please use this number for emergency situations only. When calling, please provide the name on account, account number, property address or location, and phone number available for our customer service representative to return your call.
- • Non-emergency messages such as broken remotes or billing will be responded to by office staff the next business day.
- • Emergency situations such as a water main leak or water outage will be responded to by LSRWS’ on-call personnel immediately
