After Hours Customer Service:
LSRW provides service 24 hours a day, seven days a week. After normal business hours, you can leave a message on our answering machine, or for emergencies, you can be connected to the operator on call.
- Emergency situations such as a water main leak or water outage will be responded to by our on-call operator immediately. Please use this option for emergency situations only!
- Messages will be responded to by office staff the next business day. Please use this for billing questions and non-emergency situations.
